There are 10 days before the end of the early bird registration of the most significant worldwide conference on aging. Over 6,000 professionals in gerontology and geriatrics are expected to attend the World Congress in San Francisco, July 23-27. Known as "Everybody's Favorite City," it is home to well-respected academic centers, a hub of banking and finance, and a cosmopolitan destination for diverse cultural events and fine cuisine.
The IAGG 2017 World Congress offers programming focused on promoting interactions among biologists and other scientists of diverse disciplines focused on aging, age-related disease and disability, and the social and public policy impacts of an aging society.
Five days of learning and training will include:
- Over 50 expert speakers in symposia, paper and poster presentations
- Presentation of the Wright and Cristofalo Award and the Fondation Ipsen 2017 Longevity Prize Award
- A career development workshop that will cover grant writing, choosing mentors, and planning careers
- Multiple opportunities to interact with 6,000 global experts on aging
